I tried making chocolate balls today. Now, I wouldn’t go as far as saying that it was a success, but it definitely wasn’t a failure, so that’s something at least. I’m famous among my friends for being unable to bake, so despite the fact that this recipe did not require baking, I’m still considering it quite an accomplishment.

The only three ingredients I used. See how basic I am?

You can find the recipe I used here. As you can see, I decided to forgo the coconut because frankly, I’m not the biggest fan of shredded coconut. Fresh coconuts and coconut milk however, hit me up, I’m the biggest fan. Now, if you’re wondering how I screwed up a three-ingredient recipe, I may have put too much condensed milk in for my second batch because I wanted to use the whole packet of biscuits.

First batch is done! Only half-way through…

If you had taken a photo of me at this point, it would be of my hair plastered over my face and face screwed up in concentration, trying to crush these biscuit pieces.

Check out those half-crushed biscuit pieces, ft. floral plate that every asian family probably has a variation of

Honestly, by the time I was done with the whole process, I think I might have gained quite a bit of arm muscle. That was definitely some workout.

Yup, my second batch was definitely a failure in terms of spherical shape and size

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
